These terms apply to all services, subscriptions, and consulting (“1on1”) offerings provided through First Life CRM.
Words with capitalized first letters have specific meanings defined below. These definitions apply whether used in singular or plural form.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
Company (“We”, “Us”, or “Our”) refers to First Life CRM and all related services and offerings.
Services refer to the CRM platform, subscriptions, consulting, and any related offerings provided by First Life CRM.
Goods refer to any products, services, or deliverables made available for purchase through our platform.
Orders mean any request made by You to purchase services or products from Us.
Website refers to all First Life CRM platforms, pages, funnels, and associated domains where services are offered.
You refers to the individual, business, or legal entity using or purchasing our Services.
You may request to cancel your subscription or service at any time by submitting a clear request through one of the following methods:

If your request meets the eligibility requirements outlined below, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 days of approval using your original payment method. No additional processing fees will be charged.
We aim to be fair and transparent. Please review the conditions below carefully.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Custom or Personalized Work
Any service or deliverable created specifically for your business once approved.
Consulting / Expert Services (Once Started)
Any “Expert Hour” or consulting work after it has been initiated.
Live or Launched Campaigns
Marketing services that have already been deployed or made active.
Previous Billing Periods
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime, but past payments are non-refundable. In rare cases, only the most recent charge may be reviewed at our discretion.
Usage-Based Charges & Auto-Recharges
These include:
SMS/MMS messaging
Phone calls (inbound/outbound)
Phone number usage
A2P registration fees
Email sending within the platform
These are direct third-party costs (carriers, providers, compliance systems) and cannot be refunded.
Discounted or Promotional Plans
Any reduced-price packages (including multi-month or bundled plans) are non-refundable due to discounted pricing.
Annual or Lifetime Plans
All annual subscriptions and lifetime access purchases are non-refundable.
Unused Time or Services
Unused subscription periods or consulting hours are not eligible for partial refunds.
Sale Items
Services purchased during promotions or discounts are non-refundable unless required by law.
Accounts Violating Terms of Service
This includes, but is not limited to:
Spam or abusive messaging
Fraudulent activity
Harassment of staff or partners
Educational products may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After this period, they are non-refundable.
First Life CRM offers multiple subscription tiers to fit your business needs.
The following are not eligible for refunds:
Requests must be submitted before the end of your current billing cycle, or
At least 7 days prior to your next billing date
Changes requested after billing has processed will not be refunded. Any difference in pricing will instead be:
Applied as account credit, or
Used toward your next billing cycle
